With this week’s lush, rustic décor design, we’re excited to share some new ways to feature the popular rustic look at your Cabo beach wedding!
February bride Nicky and her groom Shawn held their gorgeous destination wedding at the beachfront Hacienda Cocina y Cantina, a lovely venue with a charming rustic feel. After first considering a more elaborate romantic design, this couple decided to change up their décor and instead decided on a fresh, natural rustic look.
We are so glad this couple settled on a rustic décor design—the vibrant greenery and fresh white flowers were the perfect match for the dark wood and stone setting at Hacienda Cocina y Cantina! In fact, we incorporated the existing tables and chairs since they were ideal for this set-up—a budget-friendly trick of the trade we use whenever possible.
In order to allow all the silver accent pieces to pop, we used off-white table runners and cotton napkins. The laser-cut name tags, detailed amber and silver chargers and silver candles really stood out against the neutral linens. The subtle linen color also created the ideal background for the white flower runners and full greenery from Cabo Floral Studio!
The seating charts were a favorite detail from this beachside Cabo wedding. In keeping with the décor theme, we designed two brown chalkboards framed by wood, lanterns, eucalyptus and flowers. This was the perfect touch for the guests’ entrance to this lovely wedding reception!
All in all, the dark wood, neutral tones and lush flowers combined beautifully to create an unforgettable rustic look by the beach for Nicky and Shawn. The bride stopped by to look things over just a few minutes before walking down the aisle, and we knew she loved the décor when she said, “It looks so much better than I ever thought it would!”
Thank you Nicky and Shawn for trusting us with the most special day of your lives. And thank you to Luba and the entire vendor team that worked so hard to put everything together!
